Shopping
I love to go shopping. Shopping is one of my favorite hobbies. Going to the malls and differents store is so fun. Trying on different clothes and shoes is what a girl loves to do. Some of my favorite stores are 579, Body Central, Charolette Rousse, It's Fashions, Citi Trends, Forever 21, and Nu Look Fashions. I wear all types of name brands and non name brands. It really don't matter if it is name brand or not. As long as it's cute to me, I will wear it proudly. Some of my favorite name brands are Baby Phat, Coogi, Ed Hardy, Derion, and many more. My fashion sense is crasy. I can put together a outfit like it aint nothing. I may mix and match things. I like to be different. When I go some where I want to be the only one with my outfit on. I always try to get what everybody else dont have. Some of my favorite colors to wear are mustard, purple, gray, torquoise, black, and pink. But these are not the only colors I wear. I wear all colors as long as their cute. I also like wearing very bright, neon colors. What can I say, I love to stand out and be bright. I have so many clothes that I dont even wear half of them. I can look in my closet and have a closet full of outfits and say I have nothing to wear.Lol, now thats just a shame
Cafeteria food
Cafeteria food is so disguisting!!!! I get tired of having to eat pizza everyday because all the other options are nasty. There may be days where they may have good food but those days are very seldom. One of those days are when they have fried chicked. Oh my God, the chicken is so delicious. The chicken is very moist and crispy. It also is seasoned very well. What else can I say the chicken is just good. The cafeteria also had a good day when they served chicken strips. That was the only long line in there that day. I never seen the cateria line so long. The chicken strips were also good. I ate so much that day. Im glad the cafeteria is all you can eat. But the cafeteria always have good cake and cookies. The ice cream is also good. I like to fill me up a cup full of ice cream and take it back to my room. I think the cafeteria need to change the whole menu and method of cooking. I never eat in the cafeteria because they never have anything I like. Thats a shame because because we pay all this money for a meal plan and its not even worth the money being paid.
Exams
Finals are almost over and I cant wait!!!!!! I have already taken one exam and it was kind of easy I would say. It was my history 102 exam. The material on the test was material from past review sheet that weren't on the test. On the test, we had to identify five terms/identifications and write one essay on a specific topic. There was also a short answer question and two bonus questions. I think I did well. One exam that I am worried about is college algebra. I hate math with a passion!!! It is my least favorite subject. I wish we could just do alway with math all together. But I can manage it though. I think out math final is on a Saturday and that really sucks. Then its in the morning.... Who wants to wake up early on a Saturday.... Not me!!!!!!!!!!! My spanish final should be fairly passable. I think I may to well on it. The only thing that may give me a hard time on the test is the listening exercises. Why do we have to take finals anyway. I wish we could just be through with all our assignments and go home. But everything can't go my way unfortunely. I guess Ill have to deal with is and do my best, which I do anyway. Im going to have to study, study, study, study, and do some more studying.

Thurgood recieved his law degree in 1933 and he later opened up his own law practice in Baltimore. He became known as a lawyer who would speak up for the rights for African- Americans. Thurgood Marshall married twice. He married his first wife, Vivian Burey, in 1929. Their marriage lasted 25 years until her death. Vivian died in1955 of cancer. Later, Marshall married his second wife, Cecilia Suyat in 1955. Their marriage lasted until his death.
Marshall's career began soon after completing law school. He took his first case in 1933, against the University of Maryland. A Lawyer that I inspire to be like
Thurgood Marshall is a lawyer that I admire very much. He was one of America's leading radicals and revolutionaries. He fought for change in America for all people. He was also well known for his contribution to the civil rights movement. Even though Thurgood Marshall pressed for equal rights of American American, he also wanted justice for all. Thurgood Marshall was born July 2, 1908 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the great grandson of a slave. He was also the son of a dining car waiter and a school teacher. Marshall's father, William Marshall, instilled in him from youth an appreciation for the United States constitution and the rule of law. After graduating from Frederick Douglass high school in 1925, he enterd college at the all-black Lincoln University in Chester County, Pennsylania in 1930. There he recieved his B.A. Marshall applied to the University of Maryland School of law but was denied admission because he was black. Later, he applied and was accepted into Howard Law School. He soon became influenced by dean, Charles Hamilton Houston, who instilled in his students the desire to apply the tenets of the Constitution to all Americans.

Grow up!!!!
Some people will never grow up and act their age. I mean.... We are getting a little to old to engage in such childish encounters. These childish characters are both males and females. If its not a someone hating or someone just being flat out stupid. Girls want to play on other girls phones and stuff. "For what" is the question asked by many. When it all boils downs, a boy is the root of all the problems going on. Can people just please get them some business and mind their own. All this he say she say stuff is really played out. If there is a problem, why not try to solve it like mature adults. Everyone always want to yell " I grown", but yet still acting like kids. And these boys aren't any better. Some want to hate because their ex has moved on to bigger and better things. Dont be concern now!!!! When you had a chance you want to take advantage of it. So therefore they try to mess up the chance of another man. Just haters is what I call them!!!! But the best thing to do is just ignore those childish people becuase its not even worth the time of worrying about. Do you to the fullest and let the haters hate. Let them do their job and give them a reason to do it well.
Thanksgiving Break!!!!
Thanksgiving break was a blast!!!! I left school early.... trying to get a head start on my break. I got to my home town on friday evening. When I arrived, I took me a nap so I could be good to go for the night. That night was a big rival game of my high school basketball team. They played Starkville High School. Of course we lost, but we all know who running football(West Point). The game was so packed, they had to stop letting people in( I was included in the many that couldn't get in). We had to watch the game thru the door. That was really messed up. It was fun though. I laughed all the whole time at the people clowning on the security gaurds. It was hilarious!!! From Saturday to Wednesday, I had to do hair no stop. I had to make my money...You know how it is!!! Thursday I ate all day. I know I gained a couple of pounds. The food was delicious. That night I partyed with my friends and chilled with my BOO. The next day I took my little sister and nieces skating for my niece birthday. I also chilled with my baby that night. There was also a minor incident that night. My friend wrecked, but thank God nobody was hurt. Other than that, the night was wonderful. Saturday I did a little Christmas shopping and Sunday I headed back to Hattisburg.

"Baby Boy"
Baby Boy is another one of my favorite movies. It is a love story but with a few complications. Jody and Evette are a couple who go through numerous of trials to test their love. Jody is a grown man who still wants to live with his mama. He prefers to run around playing games like a little boy instead of taking responsibility as a grown man. Evette has a job and her own place. All she wants is to settle down with Jody. The two have a child together but Jody also has a little girl outside their relationship. Well there's one problem. Also even though Jody loves Evette he continues to mess with other women. Evette soon becomes tired and kicks Jody out. During that time situations happen and Jody learns that he needs to grow up and be a man. So he gets his act together and takes on his responsibility. He proposes to Evette and moves in with her. He is also maintaining a job and taking care of his family. Now the two are expecting another child.
"Love and Basketball"
Love and Basketball is one of my most favorite movies. It is a heart felt love story about two teenagers. It is one of my favorite movies because it shows the real meaning of true love. It also shows how a relationship may go through many obstacles but if the love is strong it will withstand. Love and Basketball shows how a person should never give up on the one you love. The movie starts out when the kids are 11 years old. Monica( played by Shanaa Latham) moves next door to Quincy"Q"(played by Omar Epps). In the movie, Monica is a tom boy who loves basketball as much as the boys. Quincy is the son of a pro- basketball player who inspires to do the same. The two kids relationship first began at this age. They made it official with a kiss but broke up soon after. They remained friends throughout their teen years until the spring dance. That night the two started to look at each other in more than just a friendly manner. From then on the two were a couple. Both went to USC to play basketball. The relationship was lovely for a while until they broke up due to misunderstanding. Quincy decided to drop out of college and go pro. Monica finished college and went to Europe to play. Five years pasted and they met up again at the hospital. Later in the movie they got married and had a child.

Music
I love music! From rap, r & b, and gospel, I like it. Depending on how I feel, determines what type of music I listen to. If I'm sad I might listen to some r & b or some gospel. But when I'm feeling crunk and just ready to dance, I listen to rap...all day! I have many favorite songs and artists. Right now my favorite song is " Whatever you like" by T.I. Sometimes I just put that song on repeat and listen to it over and over again. Some of my favorite artists are Lil Wayne, Lil Boosie, Gucci Mane, T.I., Pleasure P, and Webbie. But my favorite song to dance to is " She got a donk" by Soulja Boi. He may be lame sometimes but he still makes hot dance tracks. And I can't forget about my girl Trina. She keep it real all day every day!! So you see, music is apart of me.

My high school years
I attended West Point High School from the years 2004- 2008. Overall, it was a good school and I was a good student. Sure there were those days I wanted to say forget West Point High, but I also had some of my best life memories there. In high school I meet some of my closest friends and worst enemies. But futhermost, it made me a better person. I took part in many activites in high school. I was cheerleader, Pink Pearl, in National Honor Society, JROTC(company command), homecoming Junior Maid, and JROTC drill team. Our football team were 4A state champions in 2005! Go Greenwave!!! Even though high school was fun, the hard times also came. All the hard classes, exams, and mean teachers made all the bad days. But I always found a way to just chill a act crazy with my friends. But my best year in high school was my senior year(08!!!). This the year i realized my true friends, had my best classroom experiences, having senior skip days, and also getting in trouble. It was my senior year that I learned my biggest lesson. I learned not to skip school to go to another school, get caught, and almost get charges pressed for tresspassing.Lol! I can laugh about it now, but it sure wasn,t funny then. But out of all that I still graduated with a high GPA and got accepted into Southern Miss. Go Eagles!!!
